Hayley is passionate about helping global organizations deliver equitable performance management and compensation processes to achieve pay equity. Through her role as Customer Journey and Digital Enablement Lead within beqom, she ensures HR leaders can deliver excellent employee experiences using beqom's software solutions. Hayley has an entrepreneurial background, having founded and exited two prior businesses - including an inclusive recruitment SaaS - and brings 5+ years of experience in HR solutions across product, engineering and customer success. Prior to this, she worked in banking and consulting with a focus on operational excellence and digital transformation across Europe, Asia and the Middle East.
