How we hire
Our hiring process
1. Application
Share your resume and answer a few short questions. No cover letter needed.
2. Video interview
If your profile seems to be a match, the recruiter will invite you for the first video call. Share your story and explain why you're the one we're looking for. It's also a chance for you to ask first questions.
3. Hiring team Interview
You will be invited to the next round with our hiring team. Expect questions on how knowledgeable you are in your area of expertise. Please also prepare some questions, as this is your chance to dig deeper.
4. Second chat
Some roles require a second interview round. Depending on the role this can be a case study, a practical assignment or a coffee chat. You will be asked in depth questions about your experience and way of work. This your moment to shine!

Data Engineer
The mission is to engineer a data infrastructure that is robust, scalable, and efficient. This involves proactively optimizing database performance, guaranteeing data quality through well-architected ETL processes, and resolving the most complex data-related challenges to ensure application stability and support business intelligence needs.
Service Desk Engineer
We are actively looking for a Service Desk Expert to act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for all users requiring technical support. The mission is to efficiently and accurately receive, log, categorise and route every support request, ensuring clear and timely communication while resolving common issues at the first point of contact.
US Account Executive
You'll be responsible for managing enterprise named accounts, finding and closing new customers, managing accounts and generating bookings while achieving individual, team and organizational goals. This individual will be a valuable contributor to the beqom Sales Team while defining and executing a sales plan that will allow beqom to achieve corporate objectives.
