Aisling Teillard has over 25 years of experience in HR, leading transformation in performance and talent management. As a former HR Director at O2 and SAP, she spearheaded global change initiatives and established Telefonica’s first European HR shared services. She later founded Our Tandem, an award-winning employee experience platform, which was acquired by beqom in 2022. Aisling served as beqom’s Chief Customer Officer until 2025.
