Our story
Setting the standard in enterprise compensation since 2009
Since 2009 beqom has been blazing a trail in compensation management for the world’s leading enterprises. Founded by former SAP executives Fabio Ronga, Tanya Jansen, and Stephan Pohl, we combined domain expertise with enterprise software know-how to create a next-generation comp solution that works for even the largest global organizations.
beqom CompComplete, released in 2024, takes compensation to the next level, delivering on the promise of AI to bring automation and intelligence to compensation and performance processes. As a result, beqom customers get to realize comp’s full potential to drive their talent strategy, spark performance, meet regulatory requirements, and build their brand as a fair and transparent employer.
